Hi,  I'm Dave - Owner of Crash1 Off Alpine

My entire professional career has been spent in the collision repair industry encompassing a span of almost 50 years. My love for the collision industry came at a young age while helping my friend's dad at his body shop sweeping the floor after school when I was 13 years old. I became the assistant manager at age 18, and went on to buy one of his shops in 1977.

I have real world knowledge that brings realistic expectations of what a vehicle should look like once being repaired back to pre-accident condition.

I am always looking to keep Crash1 Off Alpine on the cutting edge of technology and education. I want to be sure we are performing the best possible repair. I attend industry training classes through I-Car and DuPont Performance Coatings specifically designed to help me be a better owner and manager.

Hi, I'm Kent and I am the General Manager here at Crash1 Off Alpine. I oversee and coordinate all of the staff's efforts at putting your vehicle back on the road quickly, safely, and with the same curb appeal that it had prior to your unfortunate accident.

I am responsible for managing our insurance company direct repair relationships, fleet accounts, vendor relationships, and human resources.

I also play a significant role in damage evaluation when our estimators are busy. I am always more than happy to help a customer through the claims (and repair) process. Please just ask me anything!

I am an I-CAR and ASE certified damage estimator, and I am always adding to my experience with industry-related seminars and classroom instruction.

I have been with the company since 1995.

In my spare time I enjoy reading and watching the Chicago Cubs.

I'm David and I am the Sales Manager at Crash1 Off Alpine. I appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. This includes inspecting and testing automobiles by using mechanical testing devices, questioning customers about the vehicle's performance and by visual inspection of the vehicle. 

I love helping customers work through the insurance claims process which can be overwhelming with all the decisions that have to be made, not to mention the claims forms and rental arrangments

I am ASE and I-Car Certified, and have attended many seminars and classes to further my skills.

I have been with my family's company here at Crash1 Off Alpine since 1989.

In my spare time I enjoy riding motorcycles and going on weekend trips to Wisconsin with my cycle group.

Hi, I'm Lyn - As a production coordinator I coordinate and assign jobs to our technicians according to their abilities to efficiently perform that particular repair.

I also order and dispatch parts to our techs, write supplements, do Quality Control checks and do the final insurance billing.

As the accountant, I keep records of accounts and financial arrangements for the company. I verify and enter information into ledgers, balance the accounts, and compile reports and financial statements. I also handle all of the accounts payable duties.

I have been here since 1990 and I enjoy the challenges of my job. Every repair job is different and requires close attention to the details.

Hi, my name is Callie and I am a production coordinator which means I coordinate and assign jobs to our technicions according to their abilities to efficiently perform that particular repair.

I am responsible for our customer mailings, customer and warranty databases, and some our insurance agent marketing programs.

I am a full-time college student majoring in marketing, and I hope to use many of the skills I am learning at Crash1 Off Alpine after graduation.
